Umpires for the Pemberville teams are hired by the individual coaches.
Umpires can work any games below their current age group - for example if you are playing U15 ball you can umpire U12 games and below.
Coaches are responsible for scheduling umpires for all home games.
Umpires are paid as follows:
U8 Boys and TeeBall - no paid umpires
U8 Girls - 1 paid umpire, pay is $20/game
All others - Plate umpire pay is $20.00, Field umpire pay is $15.00 If only one umpire pay is $30.00.
Umpires are paid by the concession stand. Coaches are to sign the pay card.
